BRAZING AND SOLDERING FLUXES
Description

To ensure the best connections, The Harris Product Group produces a wide variety of flux products designed for specific applications throughout a number of different industries.

Different variations of fluxes are developed to meet the demanding applications of customers and industries.

Stay-Clean® (liquid soldering flux)
Stay-Clean® is suitable for almost all metals except aluminium, magnesium and titanium. It is used with Stay-Brite® solders or practically any other solder(s) with a liquidus temperature below 371°C (700°F). Not recommended for electrical or electronic applications.

Stay-Clean® (paste soldering flux)
Stay-Clean® is an excellent flux for joining copper to copper and copper to brass. Not recommended for electrical or electronic applications.

Stay-Silv® (white brazing flux)
For use with silver brazing alloys on all metals other than aluminium, magnesium or titanium. Effective to 871°C (1600°F).

Stay-Silv® (black brazing flux)
For use with silver or other brazing alloys with liquidus temperature below 982°C (1800°F). Recommened for stainless steel, heavy parts and whenever heating cycle is prolonged. Do not use with aluminium, magnesium or titatnium.

Dynaflow® (brazing flux)
Auto dispense flux for brazing copper, brass, mild and stainless steel, and other ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. Wide active range, long shelf life, uniform dispensing and excellent joint penetration.

Bridgit® (burn resistant soldering flux)
Even though Bridgit® is specifically designed to be used with lead-free solders, it can be used in any soldering application. Bridgit® high temp. flux resists the higher temperature associated with lead-free solders, making it an ideal choice for all plumbing applications. It is also well suited for use in larger connections where prolonged heating will often cause other fluxes to burn off or char.

Bridgit® (water soluble paste soldering flux)
It is used with Bridgit® and most common wire solders. Bridgit® flux flushes away easily after soldering, and it meets all state and federal regulations for fluxes used in potable water systems. Great for use in soldering copper, brass, bronze galvanized and other plumbing fittings.
